They showed up on time, clearly explained the work that needed to be done, and completed everything efficiently and with great attention to detail. Master Electric is a pleasure to work with. They've met tight deadlines and provided quality workmanship everytime. Chad has always answered calls, and texts promptly, and proves to be an expert in his field. Our working relationship goes back some years, and we consider them to be our house electricians for all our needs. Whether it was the New installion of our 400 ton Stamping press, and feed line, to our office and facility lighting, to outlets for security cameras, I knew it was handled. The team shows up on time, always completed the work discussed and several times finishing early, walked me through what was done, and made sure I was satisfied with everything they completed before they leave. They've always clean up before leaving and usually cleaner than it was. I Highly recommend Master Electric for Home, Facility maintenance, emergency electrical, and industrial power solutions. After numerous power outages in our area we decided to make an investment in a Generac generator. Because of their technical capabilities we chose Master Electric for the installation. We have worked with them in the past and have always been impressed by their reliability and exceptional customer service. We would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Had master replace some light fixtures, outlets and add a ceiling fan. Everything went smooth and was looking great. However, the ceiling fan we purchased ended up being defective. Master was out the next day to replace with a new one we bought which also ended up being defective. We ordered a different one and they were here the next day after it arrived to get it replaced. Responsive and great customer service! Highly recommend
