Daniel went above and beyond to help sell my parent’s condo. He provided me with service providers to help get it in selling condition and diligently followed up as needed to make sure everything was ready to show. Dan did an excellent job while selling my home. He not only followed my wishes, but explained his plan, and how things would proceed.He always kept me informed of activity, and how things were going. He was able to sell my house the first open house I had. Even after I had an accepted offer, he kept in touch untill all the paper work was completed and the sale finalized.

Dan is a knowledgeable and amazing agent. I had received a referral from my aunt, who is very exacting, so I knew if he passed muster with her, he would be good for me too. And he was! Fast and efficient, he had visited the house and had a detailed marketing plan within a couple weeks. He executed that plan flawlessly, and we had multiple offers after only 5 days, including one open house. He was also kind, compassionate and flexible when dealing with our unique circumstances.
