I can’t say enough good things about BTS Cleaning. During one of the most difficult times in my life—while I was going through cancer treatment—they generously donated a cleaning to me. They worked around my treatment schedule to make sure everything was done while I was away, so I could come home to a spotless, fresh space. It meant more than words can express. They were incredibly thorough, professional, and most of all, so kind. Their generosity and attention to detail made a huge impact. Highly recommend this amazing company!

As a nonprofit organization, we selected BTS for The Hub because Chris (owner) is very philanthropic and gives generously to local nonprofits. Chris is a strong business leader who cares deeply about her staff and her client's satisfaction. She recently offered volunteer cleaning services to us after a client cancelled on short notice - paying her staff vs sending them home early. Excellent initial deep clean of our medical office space. A few months in, I noticed that the cleaner was not working the expected number of hours to complete the required cleaning. The owner, Chris, immediately corrected it by placing a new cleaner at our site and training her well. She is very responsive to make small improvements so the space is truly clean. The only concern is the price. It is very high and may not be sustainable.

Extremely professional. Highly detailed, skilled and thorough. Chris and her crew were a pleasure to have in my mom's house and all I have is wonderful things to say. Chris started after my mom and I left to run some errands. When we came back, it was like walking through a whole different house. Spotless, clean and renewed. The smell was so fresh and no, not that overpowering chemical smell either, it was pleasant and inviting. Thank you BTS for what you did for my Mother!
