I was actually on my way to Froedtert urgent care when I went to the Aurora walk-in clinic without realizing it until i signed in. But this was fine, the wait was short and both the nurse and MD were personable and listened to my issue and were very knowledgable taking time to explain all options. It was the best Aurora experience I have had in a long time. They were totally up to speed on recent visits from other doctors in other health systems so they did a great job reviewing my recent record before talking to me. It is so much easier now that everything is connected electronically.

I had a great experience at the Aurora Urgent Care. Every staff member was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough in explaining my care. I enjoyed the process where someone helped to register future medical appointments. Thank you Aurora for providing wonderful care through wonderful employees!

I love the fact that you can schedule an appointment or at least see online the wait times. Then upon arrival, everybody from the front desk staff to the nurse to the doctor were very friendly and accommodating. I regret not coming in earlier for my back pain because I feel 100% better today thanks to the quick diagnosis and medical treatment I received.

I had a great experience, even on a busy Saturday morning. The staff working the front desk were all helpful, kind and caring. Wait time was quick and reasonable but I did get there right when they opened to assure I could be seen quickly. My visit with the physician was great and I feel like I received good quality care. My big fear was going in not being heard and being sent away that there was nothing that could be done. My physician listened to my concerns, examined me, and then went over what she was prescribing me to get me feeling better. I felt relieved and that I had received the proper care I had come there for!
