The Bend Sessions: Bill Volkert – Nov 3

Bill Volkert will present a free lecture on November 3rd about the history and ecology of Horicon Marsh. For 27 years, Volkert was the naturalist and wildlife educator for the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources at Horicon Marsh, where he led over 3,700 educational programs. He will discuss this significant freshwater wetland, which is also recognized as a Wetland of International Importance; registration is requested for this event.
